Conduct and Ethics

We are pleased to announce the POLICY ON CONDUCT AND ETHICS applicable to the entire GRUPO SEB, which comes into effect today.

This policy is of major importance as it reflects our concern for ethical management. Its purpose is to steer the actions of all collaborators and clarify the company's stance towards the different audiences with whom it interacts. It is an instrument that aims to inspire people, a guide to the values and ethics that should permeate behavior and relationships, both internally and externally, always within the scope and goals of Grupo SEB and in compliance with its Mission, Vision, and Values.

Ethical guidelines should define our behavior in accordance with what is described in the Conduct and Ethics Policy. It is therefore essential to understand that ethics is the set of rules and moral and value-based principles that are expected of all of us, Grupo SEB's collaborators.

To achieve these goals, each of us must do our part by adhering to the guidelines and living them out in our daily lives, actions and relationships.

In addition, the principles of conduct and ethics serve as a parameter for solving problems and also as a foundation for the company in the misconduct of its collaborators, leaders, suppliers, and others. By adding value, it contributes to strengthening the Grupo SEB's image and its recognition in the community as a company of ethical conduct.
